Everything went fine, except that my wife said, when she came to pick up the car, the had her wait 10 to 15 minutes, while he was talking on the phone.

I came here after reading other online reviews and hoping they'd be cheaper than the dealership. My check engine light was on and my AC was blowing hot air in my Audi Q5. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and brought my car in the following morning. The repairs were completed and the pricing was more than fair (even a little less than quoted). Frank and Richie seemed very knowledgeable, even more so than the dealership mechanics. This will be my go-to shop going forward!

Have used them the past 6 years. Since then my car had worked much better and they actually understand how to repair VW vehicles. Many shops aren’t familiar and end up not fixing the issues correctly. If you have VW I would definitely bring here over other places.
