My vehicle needed a window repaired that was stuck in the down position. I called Cupelli at 3:30pm and explained my problem, they told me to come right over and they would evaluate it while I wait. After an inspection, Frank determined that it needed a new mechanism inside the door. They got the part ordered, got most of the repair expense covered by my extended warranty and had me back on the road by noon the next day. These guys are total pros, and I will be going back for all of my work. Thank you Cupelli Automotive, I’m going to tell everyone I know that I’ve got a great mechanic for them.

My car had a serious computer issue that Frank got to the bottom of & fixed, and he responsibly kept me informed of the progress he made. I knew It was not going to be an inexpensive fix, but I felt 100% confident in Frank's expertise & know-how. Put me down as a thoroughly satisfied & grateful customer. My trusty Benz required more repair than I expected, but I didn't hold back on doing anything that Frank recommended. When all of the work was complete and I got behind the wheel, I immediately felt and recognized the improvement of all of the repair and replacements that mechanic-tech Sean performed. When I picked up the car and asked Frank how long the computer module that had to be purchased from Mercedes was warrantied for, Frank told me that ALL OF THEIR WORK was warrantied for 2 years or 24,000 miles.
